For Netscape Navigator versions 1.x, 2.x, 3.x:
1. Click on the options menu in the tool bar. This should cause a menu to
pop down. Now click on general preferences as shown below.
2. After that a screen will pop up. When that happens look for the
startup section.
3. In this section make sure to click on the button that says homepage
location. Directly below this there should be a field to type the address.
In this box enter http://www.newlondonohio.com
4. This will make New London your start page.
5. To finish it click on "OK" and next time you start up
Netscape Navigator our page will load.
