The 90 acre New London Recreational
Park provides a variety of recreational facilities. Baseball
and softball fields, a recently rebuilt, a wooded campground, a children's
playground, several picnic shelters that can be reserved,
tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, public
restrooms, and a complete snack bar keep the park a busy
place during the warmer months. |
| The Lovell Hileman Community Building, a 40 by 104 ft. multipurpose building, is available throughout the year on a reservation basis for gatherings of all types. |

The Park Office is a restored A.C. & Y. railroad depot that served the railroad in Greenwich for many years and in New London for nearly 50 years after being moved here in 1921. The depot was moved to the park in 1972. |
